Who is she?
Quirky, creative and communicator. Perfectionism led to creation and utilisation of ‘Wrongside embroidery’ along with ink drawing techniques that forbid un-doing, and grant the freedom to embrace the wobbly lines, knots and messy bits that make life fun.
Grounding skills in event management, communications and administration provide a great background for running workshops, and delivering something accessible to all sorts of people from corporate sessions, to chill-out, as well as to kids and their tired parents.
Drawing swift portraits of people, pets and scenes, even online conferences provide something a little fun. Observing, reflecting and being in the moment, and enjoying the process.
Beret enthusiast. Sumo fan. Art nerd. Sweet tooth.
You may know me as nearlybutnotquite or nbnqnbnq? That’s about the battle against perfectionism. Only the robots can create something ‘perfect’ and where’s the fun in that? Therefore all I am for is at best, nearly, but, not quite perfect, and heaps of gratitude with that.
